What we collect

When you contact us — by phone, by email, or through the online form — we collect only what we need to help you arrange a direct cremation: your name, a phone number or email to reach you on, your relationship to the person who died, where your loved one is, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you complete an arrangement, we also collect the information Texas law requires us to record, such as the details needed to file the death certificate and obtain the cremation permit.

Our website does not run advertising trackers, and it does not set analytics cookies. We use no third-party advertising pixels of any kind.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to arrange and carry out the $1,750 direct cremation you asked us about, and to communicate with you about it. That includes filing the documents the State of Texas and the county require, and keeping the records we are legally obligated to keep as a funeral service provider.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with advertisers or add you to a marketing list.
• We never publish your name, your loved one’s name, or any detail of your arrangement without your documented consent.

The services that help run this site

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to operate the website and receive your messages — our hosting provider, which serves these pages, and the form service that delivers a submitted online form to our inbox. They act only as processors under our instruction and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not send your information to anyone else.

Your choices and your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Texas law sets minimum retention periods for certain funeral and vital records, and we keep those for as long as the law directs and no longer than necessary. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Because the change history matters more than a promise, the effective date always reflects the current version.
