Reach a person, any hour
There is no menu and no callback queue. When you call, a member of our own staff answers — day, night, weekend, or holiday. Our one service is a $1,750 direct cremation.
A message from Carlos Vargas

I'm Carlos Vargas, a licensed Texas funeral director, and this is my family's funeral home. If someone you love has just died, call us - a real person answers, day or night, and I mean us, not a call center. We'll tell you exactly what happens next and exactly what it costs. Nothing is owed on that first call.
Ways to reach us
By phone — the fastest way
If a death has just happened, calling is faster than anything you can type, and we would rather you called. A licensed transfer team can be on the way within 60 to 90 minutes.
Answered live by a person, 24 hours a day, in English or Spanish.
By email
For questions that are not urgent, email is fine. We read it during the day and reply the same day when we can.

Please do not send authorization or medical details by email — we handle those by phone.
Where we are
Our operational address is 12101 Greenville Ave. #118, Dallas, TX 75243. Direct cremation does not require you to visit us — we handle arrangements by phone and online, and we come to your loved one. If you would like to drop off paperwork or collect ashes in person, call first so someone is here to meet you.
We serve five counties within 50 miles of Dallas. See the full service area, or read what the $1,750 includes.
Prefer to start in writing?
The online form takes about four minutes and is there for when writing is easier than talking. Nothing on it commits you to anything, and submitting it does not authorize a cremation. Start online whenever you are ready.
We are here now.
Whatever hour you are reading this, the phone is answered. Tell us where your loved one is and we will take it from there.
